good

I like them but i wish there was more clarity. I upgraded from moondrop starfield and overall i like them but starfield was more comfortable for me. I found little problem with "s" sounds and some higher tones. It's hard to find any Wavelet profilew for them if someone have pls link. I'm using SpinFit W1s 2gen tips but i wondfer should i try dunu ss eartips.

Excellent!!!

First I want to say thanks to linsoul for the fast shipping to the United States. The Yanyin Canon 2 is the best sounding iem I've purchased. Great for most genre's and gaming. Also very nice looking and comes with a nice cable. Highly recommend

Perfect for electro music

It is really good for electro...particularly melodic techno. I enhanced the boom boom (the bass?) with the external set. It does a nice deep boom boom without choking the mediums and trebles. One of the best IEMs in that price range.

These IEMs are beast

I've had these IEMs for a few days and they're my first. I am used to Beyerdynamic headphones, I had many different models and all are very good. But the Canon II have nothing to do with it, they are way above all my expectations. I'm not an audiophile so I couldn't give an objective opinion on the technical characteristics. But my god what happiness!

I mainly use them for techno/rap/drum&bass music and a lot for gaming. They are perfect for me.

Canon 2 with excellent balance and good dynamics.

It's exactly as the title says.
The sound has clear outlines and feels energetic. Personally, I liked the first switch-on state.
It is one of the top three products purchased under $400.

My first ever IEM that is a great all-rounder for music and games

I'm not an audiophile, just a casual getting into this hobby and want an IEM that is a great one and done. It's been less than a week but so far, my experience has been positive when listening to music genres (pop, rap, R&B, and EDM), playing games (FPS, open worlds, and roguelites), and Youtube. Overall, the IEM is an upgrade coming from my Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro and the Sony WH-1000XM4.

The pros are that the Canon 2 has good bass, detailed vocals for males and females, and isn't fatiguing when listening for 4+ hours every day. The soundstage is wide and has good imaging, making an immersive experience when playing open-world games, and can hear better footsteps for shooters. The Canon 2 looks nice and has good build quality and comfort when wearing it. Luckily mine has no rattling, nor do I experience the driver flex issue. The switches have four configurations, allowing how much bass you want but I left it at default settings which has done me a solid. The brown faux leather case looks and feels nice, but the default cable is decent, so I changed it with the Tripowin Danube for better comfort and to match the Canon 2's looks. The default ear tips are also decent so hopefully, when I get the Spinfit W1s it should make my listening experience better.

As for cons, I wish the Canon 2 came with interchangeable connectors and a cleaning kit because I find the accessories lacking for its price. Some will find the Canon 2's treble to be less energetic than others (but I find the Canon 2 to be good enough, so your mileage may vary) and the switches don't change much of the bass (might as well EQ it and I guess the same can be said for the treble).

Despite its flaws, I still recommend the Canon 2 for a first-timer but if you're on a tighter budget I've been told the Simgot EM6L and Kiwi Orchestra Lite are good alternatives.

EDIT: Just got the Spinfit W1s and they are more comfortable to wear and improve the sound quality even more, highly recommended

Surprisingly fun set

This has quickly become my new daily driver set. The tuning is energetic and engaging without being overly V-shaped. The bass is powerful and addicting but only slightly bleeds into the mids. Despite having two switches there seems to really be three different tuning modes: off-off, on-on and one-up-one-down. The resulting tunings are mostly different in bass presentation, I’ve found the middle tuning to be the right balance for my ears.

The looks are phenomenal and the fit is acceptable, not the most secure, but fine for me. I ended up switching to my go-to ear tips in Spinfit W1s. YMMV with the included tips. The only real complaint I have is at this price point I would have liked a cable with interchangeable connectors.

Ain't Just a Pretty Face(plate)

Fantastic build and finishing. The galaxy-looking faceplate does look beautiful.
It sounds great especially on Pop Rock, Dance-Pop and Hip-Hop tracks. Nice sub-bass extension and mids without sibilance. Not the widest soundstage. That being said, how often do we come across iems with a large soundstage? Would go for headphones for that.
The 2 tuning switches don't seem to make much difference. Either my ears have grown old and less sensitive or the difference is subtle. Not a big problem as the sound signature is nice.

Great IEM

Just as good as the OG Canon or better. Havent burn in yet. There is NO driver flex suction effect on this Canon 2.
