Bright, immersive and engaging sound with very competent bass and very good timber. Pretty sensitive to eartips (I switched for spiral dots thus far) and I recommend to find the ones that will suit you best. Quite responsive to EQ which is a plus for my very wide music genre collection (from accoustic -orchestral, chamber music, Jazz, ethnic- to electronic -trip hop, hip hop, trance- through classic rock and OST...). Good OOTB, they can shine with adequate eartips and music type dependent EQ fine adjustement.
Ergonomics : pretty good to me, I do not feel their weight (they are heavier than resin based iem), and the right tip choice make them forgettable and appropriate for long listening sessions. The overall build quality is top notch.
They are perfect complement to some warmer iem sets I have and give another listening approach (more analytical and lively) to your music library.
Highly recommended.
PS : main source DAP is slightly warm (i.e. lotoo PAW 6000)

Quoting myself: "From my neophyte pov, they're great. I won't be able to do a detailed feedback as i'd be clueless as to how to do so. But it's the perfect version of the dt770 as iem to me. Great basses, a bit less "agressive" than w/ the dt770 maybe (mainly due to headphone vs iem if i had to guess), which is appreciated. I read the trebles were a bit high (or "bright" might be a better term) so if you're treble sensitive they're not the best. Dunno if i'm, so far [almost 2 months now] so good.
[...] After several long sessions though, i'd warn about comfort. I can feel a bit of pain in the lower part of my left ear, probably due to the weight of the earbud.".
I don't always have that pain though. So maybe it's just more dependent on how well they're put in place in your ears. I've to admit i never use iem with such ear tips. I mainly used earbuds you place in your ear without the need to sink them in, they were just there. But each time the cable was the main culprit in the long run, hence why i wanted some good ones with a solid cable. The fact the cable is even replaceable is even better.
Related to this type of silicone ear tips, it's a bit weird to hear your jaw so much, but eventually you find some neutral placement where you hear it less. Not dependent to these earbuds though, i assume it's always the case with such ear tips.
Also, a last (random) note is that you won't be able to eat with them, they won't stay in place.
Overall, i'm happy i got recommended these after the last earbuds (thin) cable broke (to be fair, they were very very old ones, Realistic SE-40, literally no basses (i was using a headset* for that, before switching for headphones (dt770)) but still a decent 2.0 sound). Perfect release timing ^^. From what i read EW200 are also insanely good for their price (a bit less than half the price of the ea500 lm).
*Which also had an issue. Not the cable for this one which was good, but the volume slider probably which had a faulty contact, i couldn't hear in both ears sometimes. It was a headset from 2011.
TL;DR: Title pretty much, "great sound, but [often a] slight discomfort in long sessions".

It's a very nice IEM, with very good resolution and details for the price. Its the direct update of the EW200. Very recommended.
For anyone looking for good techs and a fun sound signature, especially quality bass, this can be good. That means accurate and good attack, instead of just high quantity. The bass quantity is good, not too much for me, I'm a bit bass averse in IEMs.
The treble spice is the dangerous thing, if your library has music with a lot of high pitch content or sibilant vocals, this can be too spicy for that. Fits my relaxing music really really well, there's a lot of enjoyable dance, pop, jazz. Doesn't fit my main library of metal too much, only the warm mixed stuff.
Recommended to demo first. Still a great overall product for the price.
The iem is very accurate and the imaging punches way above it's price bracket. I especially love the silver/red nozzle that it comes with. It brings out more of the treble without making it sibilant. The bass is well detailed as well without being overbearing and bloated, definitely not for bass heads though. If you like a balanced sound signature or just want a good iem for a low price, this is definitely a blind buy.

How much does shipping cost?
We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
If your order is under 17 EUR, a 6 EUR shipping fee will apply for Standard Shipping.
If your order is between 17 EUR and 269.98 EUR, Standard Shipping is free.
If your order is under 269.99 EUR, a 22 EUR shipping fee will apply for Express Shipping.
If your order exceeds 269.99 EUR, Express Shipping is free.
*This applies for most European countries. However, large items such as headphones and desktop DAC/AMPs (e.g. HarmonicDyne G200, MUSICIAN MDP-2, and etc.) are excluded.
Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that may be applicable for your country. Linsoul is not responsible for such fees. Should you refuse to pay the tax/customs fees, shipping fees will still be deducted from the amount paid for the two-way freight charges. How long does it take to receive the order after it is placed?
For in-stock products, your order will be shipped within 3 working days. You may check with our staff regarding the in-stock status of any products.

On normal non-sale days, once your parcel has been shipped out:
- For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-4 weeks for items to be delivered after shipping out. For some countries, it might take up to 2-3 months, depending on your country, its customs and other factors.* The duration for transit is something beyond our control. Linsoul will not be making refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to Express Shipping or keep the waiting time in mind.
- For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-7 days for items to be delivered after shipping out.

What happens if the parcel has been shipped but not delivered?
First, kindly contact your local courier using the local tracking number.
If your parcel were to be in transit for at least 3 months, it may have been lost in transit.
For orders below $50USD, you may either opt for a one-time reshipment of parcel OR a full refund of the amount paid in cash via PayPal/Credit/Debit card.
For orders above $50USD, we will only process a 50% refund of your order paid in cash via PayPal/Credit/Debit card. Should there be any concern about Standard Shipping, you are encouraged to opt for DHL Express Shipping instead.
Customers are to bear the consequences and fees incurred, if the parcel was undelivered due to any of the following situation:
- Wrong address or phone number provided by recipient
- Recipient was uncontactable when courier company contacted
- Refusal to sign for the package by recipient
- Lost or damaged parcel because recipient opted for “no-signature delivery”
- Refusal to pay for the local tax/processing fee by recipient
- Refusal to provide supporting documents for custom clearance by recipient
Who will pay for the import tax/custom fees
Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.
Should you be unwilling to pay for the fees and reject the delivery of the parcel, you will still have to pay for the shipping cost. Linsoul will only refund the amount of your order after deducting the two-way shipping fees incurred.

In general, upon receiving your parcel, please confirm the contents of the package and ensure that the package is in good condition before signing for it. All customers are strongly advised to take an unboxing video of their parcel and packaging when opening their parcels and products.

- Provide your order number and state the issue clearly
- Attach photos and videos to show that your product is faulty/missing. Shipping details on the parcel packaging have to be clearly visible.

Once the issue has been confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement, partial refund or a full refund (where applicable).
