The BC44Gold features a symmetrical double-strand shielded cable design. The conductors adopt a 2+2+1 structure, with signal wires and loop ground wires constructed from distinct conductor materials. The parallel twisted structure effectively suppresses electromagnetic interference while transmitting audio signals, delivering excellent flexibility during bending and minimizing internal stress of wire cores.
Red Sandalwood and Aluminum Alloy Composite Plug Housing
High-density small-leaf red sandalwood is matched with aluminum alloy fittings, two materials widely used in high-fidelity audio systems. Thanks to its inherent damping property, the sandalwood absorbs tiny vibrations generated by current conduction and air sound pressure on the cable. This stabilizes signal transmission and minimizes micro-distortion and phase shift.
Innovative Floating Shield Design for Cleaner Audio
The BC44Gold adopts an inner core plus outer shielding mesh structure. The main core consists of two strands with four conductor groups each, transmitting positive and negative signals for the left and right channels respectively. The shielding mesh is isolated from the 4.4mm plug shell and floats at both ends to eliminate ground interference between certain audio devices.

When audiophiles stack audio devices, headphone amps vary in port position and height, especially large-sized models. The BC44Gold is offered in 10cm and 15cm lengths to fit different usage demands. This ensures a tidy and secure connection regardless of your device stacking arrangement.
High-Purity Conductor Materials for Faithful Audio Reproduction
The signal wire uses high-purity OCC silver, while the return ground employs high-purity OCC copper. The shield layer is constructed from silver-plated OFC. This carefully selected conductor combination ensures transparent, detailed audio transmission with minimal signal loss.
Ultra-Lightweight and Flexible for Everyday Use
Weighing approximately 15g for the 10cm version and 18g for the 15cm version, the BC44Gold is exceptionally lightweight. The high-transparency SoftFlex PVC insulation provides excellent flexibility and durability. The cable maintains a tidy connection without adding unnecessary bulk to your portable audio setup.
Important Compatibility Note for Specific Amplifiers
This cable will not work with headphone amplifiers that require grounded interconnect cables in specific operating modes. You may hear audible noise when using it with the Lotoo EA4 headphone amplifier while its ILA function is active, and you can switch to the BC44Net cable as a replacement. You should refer to the user manual of your headphone amplifier to confirm its grounding cable requirements.
