Fluid and Refined Design Concept
The LAN II embraces Moondrop’s design philosophy of blending refined aesthetics with acoustic precision. Its stainless steel housing, crafted through advanced Metal Injection Molding (MIM) technology, ensures durability and premium texture. Both REF and POP versions feature laser-engraved details that add subtle uniqueness while maintaining the signature LAN series identity.
Glass Dome Composite Diaphragm for Superior Clarity
The LAN II adopts a newly developed composite diaphragm with a solid glass dome, only 0.05mm thick, offering ultra-high rigidity and internal resistance. This results in exceptional high-frequency extension, outstanding resolution, and ultra-low distortion. Its flexible suspension design supports long dynamic strokes, ensuring rich details and a lifelike soundstage.
High-efficiency Internal and External Composite Magnetic Circuit
Powered by dual concentric N52 magnets, the internal and external magnetic composite driver generates uniform magnetic flux density exceeding 1 Tesla. This ensures the voice coil drives the diaphragm with superior efficiency and stability, resulting in dynamic, smooth, and distortion-free sound performance across all ranges.
Two Versions for Different Listening Preferences
LAN II REF: Tailored for mid-high frequencies and instrumentals, it enhances spatial detail and is ideal for classical and orchestral music.
Benchmark HiFi Performance
Despite its compact form, the LAN II delivers remarkable HiFi performance. Tuned according to Moondrop’s VDSF Target Response, it achieves extended treble and balanced tonality, providing a consistent and reference-grade listening experience while minimizing nonlinear distortion even at high volumes.
Premium Stainless Steel MIM Housing
The housing is produced with MIM powder metallurgy technology, sintered at high temperatures for durability and acoustic stability. Its laser-engraved panel textures not only highlight craftsmanship but also offer a modern, refined aesthetic.
Universal Interchangeable Cable Design
The LAN II adopts a 0.78mm 2-pin interchangeable design for ultimate flexibility. It includes a high-purity oxygen-free copper balanced cable with a 4.4mm plug, plus a 3.5mm single-ended adapter, supporting easy upgrades, Bluetooth connections, or professional use in stage monitoring and production.
